Many planning applications are granted permission subject to conditions. In order to proceed with the development it is necessary to apply to the council to discharge the condition mentioned in the decision notice. Osborne Planning can discharge the planning conditions on your behalf once they have been granted.

The purpose of these conditions is to control, limit and perhaps direct the development. Conditions can sometimes concern the materials you are allowed to use, the timescales allowed and the landscaping and design. Sometimes a legal agreement is required and sometimes a condition requires submission of additional information on the proposed use and impact of the development.

You must satisfy these conditions so that your permission remains valid, or it can be revoked. Osborne Planning have in-house chartered town planners and architectural technicians who will produce the relevant documents, statements and prepare the relevant architectural drawings as required to discharge the condition.
