Osborne Planning offered the client FREE planning advice to establish the feasibility of obtaining planning permission. We designed a few options to develop the property and the client selected the largest scheme which included a two storey rear extension with basement. We were instructed to prepare the architectural drawings and planning application. We liaised with Kingston Planning until the decision was made to GRANT planning permission.
