Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning assisted the client with maximising the habitable space by advising on the feasibility, preparing the application drawings and documents and liaison with the Council.  The detached house is situated adjacent to a Conservation Area and it was necessary to reflect the local character. We therefore had to negotiate with the planners who were not very positive. We managed to persuade them of the benefits and the fact that there was precedent and the property was not locally listed or within the CA. The application was granted planning permission by Enfield Council exactly as planned.

4D Planning were also instructed to produce the building regulation drawings for Building Control. We liaised with the building Inspector, the builder and client to ensure that the proposed plans worked and were the best layouts for the current and future occupants of the house. 4D Planning also produced some photo realistic 3D visualisations to enhance the project.
