Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning advised the client on the feasibility of building a new 2-bedroom end-of-terrace house and to extend the existing house. We conducted a feasibility study and prepared a feasibility report. We concluded that subject to design and planning considerations, a new dwelling would be acceptable on this location. Once we were instructed to prepare the application, we produced the architectural drawings and designed the new dwelling and room sizes to meet the planning design guidance and all relevant policies. We liaised with the planning officer who had a list of demands. We negotiated and argued against a number of the suggestions. Planning permission was granted by Waltham Forest Council following a number of amendments to the scheme.
