Osborne Planning's Role

O sborne Planning were instructed by the owners of a single family dwelling house in Golders Green to apply for a small extension to the front and side of the house. We designed the extension in accordance with the client's brief, produced the architectural drawings and submitted the planning application. Barnet Council granted planning permission. We were then instructed to produce the building regulations and to coordinate with the structural engineer. We also liaised with the builder and ensured that the works were signed off by Building Control.
