Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning advised the client on the feasibility of extending the property to the side and rear infill extension. We checked the location of the extension in relation to the neighbour's property and we advised on the design to meet the residential design guide and planning policy. Osborne Planning were instructed to obtain planning permission and to prepare the architectural drawings to include the building regulations and tender pack for the builders. We liaised with the engineer, builders and the Building Control Inspector as required.
