Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning advised the client on the feasibility of extending the property. We advised that a single storey infill extension would be the most feasible development to increase the habitable space of the dwelling. Osborne Planning were then instructed to prepare the architectural drawings and application documents to obtain planning permission. Greenwich Council granted permission within 8 weeks from validation of the application.

We were then instructed to produce the building regulations and to liaise with Building Control until the works were signed off.
