Erection of a single storey rear extension, which would extend beyond the rear wall of the original house by 5.5m, for which the maximum height would be 2.45m and for which the height of the eaves would be 2.45m. Single storey side extension.
Osborne Planning's Role
Osborne Planning were instructed to advise the client on the best way to maximum the potential of the bungalow single family dwelling. We advised to apply for Prior Approval for a large rear extension and to apply separately for planning permission for a combined rear extension and large single storey side extension. We produced the floor plans, sections and elevations and liaised with the client until they were happy with the architectural drawings. Once approved we prepared the forms, maps, statement and submitted the applications which were subsequently both approved.
