Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning advised on the feasibility of extending the bungalow property. We prepared all the architectural drawings for numerous scenarios and possibilities. We submitted multiple applications and liaised with the client and council throughout the process until all applications were approved. We were then instructed to produce all the building regulation drawings, construction drawings and liaise with the engineer and building Inspector.

Osborne Planning were instructed to extend the bungalow property in the borough of Hillingdon. We advised the client to extend at the back, and to increase the size of the roof space to allow for more habitable room. There were a number of options including a garage conversion, new garage at the back of the garden with side pathway, new conservatory at the rear with an orangery style roof, front dormer window in line with other properties along the road and rooflights to maximise light and ventilation. We advised the client to apply for all of these in separate applications in case one of the elements was contentious. Eventually all applications were approved. We then were instructed to produce the building regulations and construction drawings for tender. We liaised with the engineer as required and the client subsequently proceeded to build everything at once.
