Osborne Planning's Role
Osborne Planning advised the client how to maximise the habitable space of their mid-terraced house. We applied for Prior Approval for a large rear extension and a Lawful Development Certificate for a loft conversion and rear dormer roof extension and rooflights. Both applications were approved by Barking and Dagenham Council. Osborne Planning produced the Building Regulations Architectural Drawings and liaised with the Building Control Inspector to ensure that the works were signed off and approved prior to the works commencing.
