Osborne Planning was instructed to assist the client with obtaining planning permission for a single-storey rear extension, replacement of the front door, a new window on the flank wall and other alterations to the property. The property is situated in a conservation area, therefore, the proposed works needed to reflect the character of the area, street scene and be of an appropriate size and scale. 4D Planning produced the architecture drawings, planning documents and submitted the application. Kingston Upon Thames Council granted planning permission within 8 weeks.
