Osborne Planning advised the client on the feasibility of extending the loft and roof space. We advised the client to apply under Permitted Development for a 40m3 roof extension with a hip to gable, rear dormer and rooflights. The Juliet balcony was also proposed and the railings were internal to match the neighbour next door.
