Osborne assisted the client with producing a planning application for a roof extension following a refusal for another design (by another firm). 4D Planning advised on the feasibility and produced the drawings to meet the planning guidance. Following the approval of the planning application 4D Planning were instructed to produce the building regulations for approval from Building Control.
