Osborne Planning was instructed to assist the client with obtaining retrospective planning permission for the erection of Biomass Boilers to their commercial unit. The units were installed without planning permission. The Council validation requirements included a long list of environmental and noise assessments to address potential concerns. The Biomass Boilers were designed to be eco-friendly and to exceed all standard regulation requirements. Osborne Planning liaised with the Council and addressed all queries and concerns that were raised. Hounslow Council granted planning permission following extensive consultations.
