Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning were instructed to assist the client with obtaining planning permission to remove a rear outbuilding and to design a new single storey extension which would enhance the habitable spaces within the property but also the visual appearance of the property. The property is in a conservation area therefore the application proposal was seen by the planners as a huge improvement to the current situation. The extension was designed to be sympathetic to the character of the property and surrounding buildings and to be sympathetic to the amenity of the immediate neighbours. Planning permission was GRANTED by Haringey Council.
