Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne advised the client on the feasibility of extending the building to create an additional large bedroom and ensuite. We prepare the architectural drawings and the Planning Statement. We then submitted the planning application to Brent Council and liaised with the planning officer until the application was granted permission.
