Osborne Planning advised the client on what extension would be feasible to achieve. We advised that a 4.5m - 5m deep extension would be feasible on this site. We produced the architectural drawings showing the floor plans, sections and elevations and prepared the planning application. The application was approved by Barking and Dagenham Council.
