Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning assisted the client with establishing the feasibility of adding another level to create a large mansard roof with rear dormers and use of the roof space as a self-contained residential unit in addition to the other four flats within the building. We prepared the architectural drawings and planning statement and addressed all relevant planning policies and the supplementary planning guidance. Lewisham Council refused the application, but we advised our client to appeal. Our client instructed Osborne Planning to prepare an appeal. The appeal was allowed and planning permission GRANTED.
