Osborne Planning were instructed to prepare the floor plans, sections and elevations and all relevant architectural drawings for a large roof extension to the single dwelling. We advised the client to apply for a lawful development certificate to confirm that planning permission would not be required. We submitted the application for the lawful development certificate and within 8 weeks the application was approved as lawful.
