Replacement of lower ground white timber rear patio doors with double glazed rear sliding doors. Removal and replacement of front doors to reconfigure entrance to lower ground floor flat.

Osborne Planning advised the client on obtaining listed building consent and planning permission for alterations to the facade and internal works including the replacement of doors to the lower ground floor flat. Lambeth GRANTED permission for the proposed works.
