Application for a certificate of lawful development (existing) with respect to the use of 5 vehicle parking spaces for residents at no. 34 Bromell's Road.

Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning advised the client on the best way to get the Lambeth Council's approval for the use of the car park for up to 5-7 vehicles for use by the residents of the block. We prepared the site plan showing the existing and proposed number of cars on the site, and submitted the lawful development application to Lambeth Council. The application was approved and a Certificate of Lawful Use was issued.
