Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning discussed the feasibility of the proposed works and advised the client what works he can achieve listed building consent for and which works to avoid. We were instructed to produce the architectural drawings and to draft the Heritage Report and other planning documents for the submission. Westminster Council granted listed building consent for the works. We were then instructed by the client to liaise and apply for freeholder consent from Grosvenor for the alterations to the property. The works were eventually approved.
