Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning was instructed to obtain planning permission for the insertion of air-conditioning units to a mid-terraced 5 storey building in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The proposal included two condenser units, and acoustic enclosures on roof level. We prepared the architectural drawings and the planning documents. We liaised with the Acoustic surveyor, the planning officers and environmental officers to ensure that all concerns were addressed. Planning permission was eventually granted by RBKC.
