Osborne advised the client on the feasibility of extending the ground floor flat. We produced a design and architectural drawings and implemented the client's design suggestions and requirements. We prepared the planning application and associated documents and liaised with Camden Council throughout the assessment period. The application was GRANTED planning permission within 8 weeks.
