Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning was instructed to advise the client on the potential to extend the house and to erect a large outhouse to replace the existing small shed. We advised that the outbuilding would need to be used for ancillary purposes and we advised the regulations for it to fall under permitted development. We were instructed to prepare the architectural drawings and planning submission for the Certificate of Lawfulness. The application was approved by Barking and Dagenham Council.
