Osborne Planning's Role
Osborne Planning were instructed by the residents of two neighbouring properties to prepare and submit a joint planning application for a single storey rear extension, roof terrace and alterations to the rear balcony and railings. Osborne Planning prepared the architectural drawings (floor plans, sections and elevations) and prepared the planning, design and access statement for the application. Following the submission, we liaised with the planners at RBKC until the decision was made to grant planning permission.
