Proposed Development

Erection of outbuilding in rear garden, removal of tree in conservation area.

Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning advised the client on the feasibility or erecting an office at the back of a garden of a flat, located in a Conservation Area. There was a small tree that needed to be removed in order to accommodate the new outhouse log cabin. Osborne Planning advised the client on the best size and materials for the outhouse. We prepared and submitted the planning application with the drawings, and liaised with the Council and agreed a compromise on the size of the outbuilding. We also obtained a Arboriculture Impact Assessment, Arboriculture Method Statement & Tree Protection Plan from a tree consultant to support the application proposal. The application was granted permission by Islington Council.
