Osborne Planning advised the client on the best design to extend the roof to create a larger habitable space without impacting on the garden. We designed the loft conversion with a large hip to gable roof extension, a full-width rear dormer roof extension and rooflights to maximise the natural daylight and ventilation into the new rooms. The application was approved by Kingston Planning Department and Osborne Planning were instructed to produce the building regulations drawings and liaise with Building Control to ensure that everything was signed off and approved.
