Osborne Planning advised the client on the feasibility of extending the bungalow in this rural location. The bungalow had potential for a large side and rear extension (wrap around). We designed the extension and produced the architectural drawings. We prepared the application documents, submitted the application and liaised with the planning officer until a decision was made. Hertfordshire Planning officers granted planning permission.
