Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning were instructed to apply for householder planning permission for the erection of a front boundary wall at the detached property. The works would not fall under permitted development therefore we were instructed to produce the architecture drawings, maps, application documents and to liaise with the council until a decision was made. Merton Council granted planning permission.
