Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning designed a rear dormer extension to compliment the design of the house while maximising the internal space to provide as much natural light and ventilation as possible. The new loft conversion will feature several rooflights and a large ensuite bedroom. The ground floor rear extension has been designed to meet the permitted development rights while retaining the size of the garden. The application was submitted within 2 weeks of instruction. Sutton Council granted a lawful development certificate within 3 weeks from submission as there was no consultation with neighbours. The whole process took less than 5 weeks from instruction. Osborne Planning are now in the process of preparing the building regulations for building control and tender pack for the builders.
