Osborne Planning advised the client on the feasibility of infilling the existing terrace with a conservatory style extension. Despite the lack of precedent and despite the local area being in a Conservation Area, we advised the client that the extension would be feasible. We produced the architectural drawings, planning documents and submitted the application to RBKC which was subsequently approved.
