Osborne Planning advised the client on the feasibility of extending the property to the maximum potential. This included multiple applications for planning permission to extend the property. We were granted permission by Newham Council for a large double storey side extension, single storey rear extension and roof extension with a rear dormer window. The extension significantly increased the size of the property. We were instructed as well to prepare the building regulations and to liaise and coordinate the design with the structural engineer and Building Control.
