The construction of a two storey side extension and an extension to the rear roof slope to facilitate the conversion of the existing four bed flat at first and second floor level into 2x two-bed flats, together with the installation of a roof lights in the side roof slope and provision of the refuse store and cycle parking at the front.

Osborne Planning advised the client on the feasibility of extending the property while creating an additional unit. Following our initial research we concluded that planning permission was likely to be achievable subject to compliance with the minimum space standards and other relevant planning policies. Osborne Planning were instructed to produce the planning application and design the architectural drawings for the application. We proposed the conversion of the 4 bedroom flat into two flats and extended double storey on the side. Osborne Planning liaised with planning officers and answered any queries. Planning permission was granted by Lewisham Council.
