Part two storey and single storey side and rear extensions; rear roof extension; and installation of two rooflights to the front roofslope, single storey front porch extension, single storey detached garden outbuilding for use as a store, gym and sauna.

Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning were instructed to advise the client on the feasibility of extending the semi-detached house. We advised the client to prepare a number of applications for different types of extensions. We applied for prior approval for a 6m depth single storey rear extension and a lawful development application for a front porch and outhouse. We then applied for planning permission for all of the above plus a large double storey side extension and extension on the first floor to the rear with a large roof extension. All of the applications were granted permission.  Osborne  Planning were then instructed to produce the building regulations for Building Control approval.
