Osborne Planning's Role
Osborne were instructed to assist the client with obtaining retrospective planning permission for a single storey rear extension and ramp that was built without permission. The council had written to our client requesting that they either remove the structure or apply retrospectively. Osborne Planning prepared a convincing application and subsequently the works were approved.
A few months later we were asked to prepare a planning application for the conversion of the first floor and roof space from D1 nursery to a four bedroom flat. We also included an extension to the roof with dormer windows and rooflights. We applied for planning permission and produced all the documentation and architectural drawings. Planning permission was GRANTED by Bromley Council.
