Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning were instructed to prepare a design to demolish the existing house and erect a new large house to the maximum foot print. We prepared the architectural drawings for a large 4 storey house with a basement and pool. We prepared a landscape plan for the front and rear gardens and liaised with the planning officers throughout the process of the application. The application was granted permission by Brent Council.
