Osborne Planning were instructed to assist the client and their architect (Studio V Architects) to obtain planning permission for demolition of the existing garages and erection of a new house. Osborne Planning prepared the appeal and liaised with the Planning Inspectorate to ensure that the application was assessed favourably. The appeal was successful and planning permission was granted.
