Osborne Planning prepared and submitted an application to replace a historic wall along the boundary of the application site. The wall is located in a Conservation Area and is mentioned in the Conservation Area Appraisal as having a positive contribution to the character of the area. Lambeth Council Granted planning permission following intensive discussions and the production of a condition report by a Structural Engineer.
