Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning were instructed to assist the client with converting two adjoining flats into a single large flat at Compass House, number 5 Park Street. We advised the client following some initial research that planning permission would not be required, but that it would be advisable to obtain a lawful development certificate to ensure that no restrictions (conditions, covenants etc) would remove the Permitted Development Rights. Osborne Planning prepared the drawings and application. Once Hammersmith and Fulham Council GRANTED permission, we were instructed to prepare the building regulations for the internal alterations.
