Osborne Planning advised the client on the requirements to prove the property has established use and is therefore lawful. We were instructed to prepare the Lawful Development Application and to obtain the relevant evidence required for the application. Osborne Planning also produced the floor plans and liaised with the Council until the Certificate of Lawfullness was issued by Croydon Council
