Osborne Planning advised the client on what extension to the roof they can achieve under the planning framework. We advised that the largest extension possible can be achieved under lawful development (GPDO) for a hip to gable roof extension with a rear dormer window and rooflights. The application was prepared and we designed the extensions and architectural drawings. Hillingdon Council approved the application as lawful.
