Osborne Planning advised the client on the feasibility and best strategy to develop the property to maximise its value. We obtained a lawful development certificate for the loft conversion and large 40m3 dormer roof extension. We then applied for a large 6m depth extension on the ground floor which was approved. Following the success of the large extensions we applied for planning permission for conversion of the house into 7 bedsits to comply with the house of multiple occupation requirements. Croydon Council approved all three applications. 4D Planning produced all the architectural drawings, planning application documents and 3D Visuals.
