Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning advised the client on the best way to increase the value of the property. We explored a number of development scenarios including a single storey extension on the rear and side, a hip to gable roof extension with a rear dormer and rooflights. In order to achieve this it was necessary to apply for lawful development certificate firstly, and planning permission secondly.  Osborne Planning produced the architectural drawings and prepared the applications. We submitted the planning submissions and liaised with the planner until a decision was made. Both applications were granted planning permission by Barnet Council.
