Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning were instructed to prepare a site appraisal to determine the feasibility of converting the flat above a shop into two flats, and to convert the loft space. We looked at the local site constraints, local planning policies which were relevant for this proposed development, planning history and precedent. We determined that planning permission was required but it was likely to be granted if applied for. Following our feasibility study, we were instructed to prepare the application and architectural drawings. We liaised and negotiated with the planning officer and subsequently the application was GRANTED planning permission by Harrow Council within 8-10 weeks from submission.
