Removal of Condition 1 of planning permission 13-AP-2741(Removal of Condition 2 of planning permission ref. 00/AP/1436 granted on 31/05/2001 for the conversion of the existing building into 5no. self-contained flats) to allow the residents to apply for parking permits.
Osborne Planning's Role
Osborne Planning prepared the architectural drawings, prepared the planning application documents and statements, produced a parking survey and assisted the client with obtaining planning permission for the use of the property as 5 single units with associated parking for the occupants of the flats. The previous planning permission had a condition restricting the rights of the residents from applying for parking permits. Osborne Planning was able to prove to Southwark Council that there was no shortage of parking in the vicinity and that planning permission should be granted for the 5 flats with parking permits.
