Osborne Planning offered the client planning advice to establish whether the mid terraced building consisting (A1 use) was suitable for conversion to residential. We established that residential for four flats on this location was feasible. The client then instructed Osborne Planning to prepare the architectural drawings and planning documents. We liaised with the planners and supported the client throughout the process until the application was approved.
