Osborne Planning's Role

Osborne Planning offered the client advice to establish what extensions can be achieved to maximise the habitable space of the house. We suggested extending the roof to create an additional bedroom with ensuite and possibly another small room. We also advised to extend the side of the house to maximise the ground floor openness. We prepared the design and architectural drawings and submitted two applications to the Council. Both applications were approved by Waltham Forest Council. Osborne Planning was also instructed to produce the Building Regulations drawings for Building Control and to assist with the Tender Pack for the builders.
