Osborne Planning's Role

COsborne Planning were instructed to assess the feasibility of a potential change of use of a vacant premises to a Bar and Restaurant in Manchester City Centre. Following our initial discussions and research we were instructed to prepare a planning application and architectural drawings for the new usage. We liaised with the planners and heritage and conservation officers until the application was approved by the Council.
