Osborne Planning advised the client on the feasibility of whether planning was likely to be granted to create a studio flat at the back of a salon. Following a positive conclusion, Osborne Planning produced the floor plans and statement and successfully obtained planning permission. Later, Osborne Planning assisted the client to obtain planning permission for new rooflights above the shop. The property is located in a conservation area.
